Kaliwon Refund & Return Policy
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of your purchase date.
If an item is marked as final sale or listed as non eligible, it cannot be refunded.
2. Return Procedure
To start a return, contact us at hello@kaliwon.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order details and the reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the process. Make sure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery back to us.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and confirmed eligible, photos may be required, we’ll process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please note it may take up to 15 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If you haven’t received it after this time, reach out to us at hello@kaliwon.com.
5. Exclusions
Personalized or customized products are non returnable unless defective or damaged.
Clearance or final sale items cannot be refunded.
If an order is not accepted at the door or not picked up at a collection point, we cannot issue a refund. In these cases, a €10 administration fee will apply if the package is returned to us.
If you regret your purchase, you must still collect the package and return it properly. Uncollected packages are not considered valid returns.
